Learn MoreFinding a New Path — Re-entry Support for Youth and Young Adults includes individual and group mentoring, community service projects, and case management to serve youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24 who are involved in the criminal justice system.
The program focuses on identifying and reaching individual goals, guiding participants towards success in education and the workforce, and supporting social-emotional and independent life skills. Finding a New Path also offers connection to resources for additional needs including medical, mental health, and substance abuse recovery.
