Learn MoreMalachi Center participates in the ID Collaborative and provides vouchers and assistance in obtaining birth certificates and IDs for adults.
At present, we can only provide vouchers for youth if they are needed for a family housing appointment. We are able to assist with out of state birth certificates.
Vouchers are only available on FRIDAY mornings from 9:00am - 11:00am. You must bring your social security card, or something official with your social security number on it (W2 form, benefits paperwork, hospital paperwork, letter from your case worker etc).
