Pedal with Purpose

The Keg Ride: Pedal with Purpose event is a 5-10 mile leisurely bike ride through the Ohio City neighborhood. It will begin with a celebration at Malachi Center to kick-off the ride and conclude with a keg-tapping for all bikers.

This unique event advances Cleveland’s new culture of biking and shines a spotlight on the expansive growth of our local breweries and businesses. The event will take place on Saturday September 5th, 2015. All proceeds from the ride will support general operating funds for children’s programs, family support services and homeless assistance for the underserved on the near west-side.

The Keg Ride is supported by Malachi Center’s Associate Board, comprised of Cleveland’s emerging civic and business leaders who are committed to the ongoing success of Malachi Center as a community and family resources center. The Associate Board’s mission is to promote awareness of Malachi Center in Cleveland, organize philanthropic initiatives, and provide volunteer service.

About the Ride:

Tour Ohio City, celebrate the neighborhoods unique and nationally recognized culture for biking and brew, and pedal with purpose amongst friends – support the needs of the most underserved and overlooked in greater Cleveland.
